Physics is the most fundamental of all sciences. It is the science of matter, energy and the interactions between them. Many of the problemsOur faculty conducts research in theoretical, radio physics, in condensed, soft and matter physics, in cosmology and high-energy physics, and in plasma physics. Our graduate students typically start their research after their first year and almost all will receive research assistantships during their tenure. The school offers excellent research infrastructure in physical sciences as well as computational and office staff support. Students have ample opportunities to participate in off-site experiments and attend national and international conferences.
In 2020, School of Physical Science and Technology enrolled 83 Master Degree candidates and 12 doctoral students. Meanwhile 37 Masters and 6 Ph.D students graduated from SPST that year.
