On the afternoon of May 9th, 2023, the School of Physical Science and Technology held the third collective learning session (expanded) of the theoretical learning center group for implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era in conference room 30345 of the Xipu campus. The session focused on in-depth learning about the Chinese-style modernization. Members of the school's party committee theoretical learning center group, leadership team, and party branch of the administrative office participated in the learning, which was presided over by the school's party committee secretary, Liu Yu. Vice Dean Jia Huanyu (in charge of the work) led the attendees to study Chinese-style modernization. He introduced the development process, connotation, and characteristics of Chinese-style modernization, emphasizing the five key points for promoting Chinese-style modernization, including adhering to and strengthening the Party's overall leadership, adhering to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, adhering to the people-centered development ideology, deepening reform and opening up, and carrying forward the spirit of struggle.
