On November 1, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education issued a notification regarding the announcement of the list of Top Talent Training Bases for Fundamental Disciplines in Sichuan Province for 2024 (Sichuan Education Letter [2024] No. 505). Following applications from various universities and expert evaluations, a total of 10 projects were selected for establishment as Top Talent Training Bases for Fundamental Disciplines in Sichuan Province. The "Top Talent Training Base for Physics" project from the School of Physical Science and Technology has successfully been included in this list.
