The Party branch of the School of Physics held an organizational meeting and democratic evaluation of Party members on the afternoon of March 28, 2023, in the conference room 30345 at the Xipu campus. All members of the branch attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by the branch secretary, Chen Xi. First, on behalf of the branch, Chen Xi reported on the work of the previous year. The report detailed the development and progress of the branch in five aspects, including conducting various learning activities to improve the political literacy and theoretical level of branch members, demonstrating the vitality of the Party branch around the center of the school, doing practical work for teachers and students based on their own positions, and carrying out theme party day activities to enhance the vitality and cohesion of the Party branch. At the same time, the report also analyzed the existing shortcomings and clarified the direction of the branch's work this year. Liu Yu, the secretary of the school's Party committee, affirmed the achievements of the branch's work in the past year and asked all Party members to improve their positions and broaden their horizons, do a good job in management and service, and safeguard the center work of the school.
Subsequently, according to the school's notice on holding the 2022 grassroots Party branch organizational meeting and conducting democratic evaluation of Party members, the branch members conducted criticism and self-criticism one by one, identified the gaps, and clarified the next steps. The meeting then conducted a democratic evaluation assessment. Everyone unanimously stated that they will strive to improve their ideological understanding and professional level in their future work and contribute to the development of various undertakings of the school.
