On the morning of March 16, 2023, the Experimental Teaching and Research Room of the Department of Physics in the School of Physical Science and Technology held a seminar on the evaluation criteria for experimental teaching in classroom X30313.
The teachers in the research room had in-depth exchanges and shared their experiences in experimental teaching. Based on recent experiences in experimental teaching, they discussed the evaluation criteria for experiments, further standardized the relatively consistent judgments for the problems that students encountered during their daily experiments in each laboratory, and explored and optimized the evaluation criteria. Finally, they reached a consensus and formed unified regulations.
In addition to solving the common problems in all experiments, the seminar also hoped that specific evaluation criteria for each experiment could be developed based on its characteristics, so that the evaluation of each experiment could have roughly the same criteria. After the teachers in the same laboratory discussed this part, the teachers who prepared the experiments summarized and compiled them into a booklet for all teachers who corrected the experimental reports to refer to.
Finally, the results of the seminar will be submitted to the department for promotion and discussion at the department's teaching and research meetings to ensure the continuous improvement of experimental teaching and to further improve the overall teaching level of experimental teachers.
