On May 30, the full leadership team of The School of Physical Science and Technology, accompanied by faculty and students from its plasma physics research group, visited the construction site of the Quasi-Axisymmetric Stellarator (QA Stellarator) in Tianfu New Area, Sichuan Province. The delegation conducted a field inspection to assess progress on this major scientific facility.

At the construction site, Deputy Chief Director Li Yinchuan of the Construction Command Center briefed the delegation on the project's development status and implementation milestones. During the subsequent symposium, the School's leadership and leaders of the plasma physics research team held in-depth discussions with the construction command center management regarding technical coordination and timeline alignment.

Following this on-site investigation, The School of Physical Science and Technology has comprehensively documented the construction workflow and phase scheduling for the QA Stellarator project. The School and its plasma physics team will strategically align their academic and research activities with the construction timeline to ensure seamless integration of institutional resources with the project's advancement requirements.
