On April 20, 2023, at 2:30 pm, the Communist Party branch of Electronic Information Science and Technology in the School of Physical Science and Technology organized a political theory learning activity for all faculty members at X30326 in Xipu Campus. The main content of this learning includes: (1) a profound understanding of Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics on world outlook and methodology; (2) the notice issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the publication of the "Outline of Learning Xi Jinping's New Era of Socialist Thinking with Chinese Characteristics (2023 edition)" (3) firmly grasping the overall requirements of the theme education of learning and implementing Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics, and strengthening the ideological and theoretical armed forces of the Party.
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed and scientifically expounded the world outlook and methodology of Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics, as well as the position, viewpoint, and method that runs through it. The introduction of these two concepts is a breakthrough in traditional thinking and an innovation in thinking mode. The world outlook and methodology of Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics is an original achievement of contemporary Chinese Marxism and 21st-century Marxist philosophy. It is a great enrichment and development of the basic principles of Marxist world outlook and methodology and Marxist philosophy. The learning of the world outlook and methodology of Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics and the position, viewpoint, and method that runs through it, on the one hand, focuses on the “six must adhere to” as the key content and priority task; on the other hand, it also needs to further broaden the theoretical perspective on the basis of in-depth study and interpretation of the “six must adhere to,” continuously open up new academic space, integrate knowledge and action, carry forward the fine academic tradition of integrating theory with practice, consciously use this thinking to guide the solution of practical problems, and effectively transform the learning achievements into vivid practice to do a good job in their own work and promote the development of the cause.
