On the afternoon of April 27th, the Applied Physics Department of the University held a teaching seminar in room X30327 to discuss the revision of the professional talent training program for applied physics. The meeting was chaired by Associate Dean Huang Jie, and the attending teachers extensively discussed important topics such as the guiding ideology, work requirements, key content, and curriculum revision for the training program revision.

At the meeting, Huang Jie explained in detail the guiding ideology for revising the training program, emphasizing the importance of improving the quality of talent training and clarifying the specific requirements for the revision work. He also introduced the key content of the program, including theoretical teaching, practical training, and research ability cultivation, to ensure that students can comprehensively develop and adapt to the future needs of the applied physics industry.

The attending teachers generally agreed that revising the training program was a major task for the Applied Physics Department and a key measure to improve teaching quality. They unanimously believed that in the revision process, full investigation should be conducted to ensure the scientific and rationality of the program and to remain consistent with the overall requirements of the university. The teachers expressed their commitment to do their best in educating students and to strive to improve their comprehensive qualities and application abilities. To ensure the smooth progress of the revision work, a detailed work plan and schedule were arranged. The teachers will work together to conduct various investigations and discussions, and organize expert reviews and external investigations in a timely manner to enrich and improve the content of the training program. These measures aim to ensure that the new version of the training program is more scientific and reasonable, keeps pace with the times, and can better cultivate professional talents in applied physics that meet the needs of social development.

This seminar laid a solid foundation for the revision of the talent training program for the Applied Physics Department. Through extensive solicitation of opinions and suggestions from teachers, and strict adherence to the overall requirements of the university for revision, the Applied Physics Department has the confidence to further improve teaching quality, cultivate more outstanding professional talents in applied physics, and make positive contributions to the development of society and the industry.
